How long does a charge last?
About 2 to 3 hours of light from about 30 minutes of charging, according to the maker. Charge it with the included USB cable from any USB plug, laptop or power bank.
Which size should I get?
Measure around the middle of your dog's neck with a soft tape and check the size guide. S fits 13.5-16 in, M 15-18 in, L 16.5-20 in and XL 17-22 in. Every color comes in L.
Will it fit a small dog?
The smallest size starts at 13.5 in (34 cm), so it's made for medium and large dogs. Please measure before you order.
What are the light modes?
Fast flash, slow flash and steady. Press the button on the light box to switch between them and to turn it off.
What color is the light?
Green glows green, pink glows pink and red glows red. The black collar glows white.
